MANUFACTURING
We have been manufacturing solid tyres for forklifts for 30 years. 500 employees produce more than 0.75 million pieces of tyres per year. All tyre plant are located in the heart of the natural rubber growing regions of India and Sri Lanka. Our newest plant will operate in Vietnam in the near future. The plants are state-of-the-art, with continuous monitoring of every parameter of the manufacturing process to ensure that every one of our tires is engineered for excellence.
ENGINEERING DESIGN CENTER (EDC)
The single most important driving force, the Engineering Design Centre, continuously benchmarks, and defines all design, engineering, process and build quality parameters within the company. Its mission is to stay ahead of the curve in a fastchanging market environment.
The EDC is a valuable resource for customers seeking solutions for market opportunities, new applications or products, and competitive pressures and challenges. At three R&D centers in Madurai & Chennai (both in India) and Colombo (Sri Lanka), a team of more than 150 highly qualified rubber chemists, process technicians, designers, developers, engineers and application specialists, is driven to maximize return on investment for our customers worldwide.

All products conform to the latest standards of ETRTO (European Tyre and Rim Technical Organization) and the US-TRA (Tire and Rim Association).
REACH COMPLIANCE
All tyres produced are certified as compliant with REACH regulations. REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemical substances) is a new European Community Regulation on Chemicals and their safe use (EC 1907/2006).
